Very often heard ……Show must go on……No one is Indispensable. Very seldom heard……You are Important…..You are needed. The journey of making oneself important and making others feel important seems to be difficult but it is far more practically achievable and sustainable than making unsuccessful efforts to make oneself indispensable or considering oneself so. The writing on the wall is clear…but still there are people, employers, employees who consciously or subconsciously somehow manage to believe that they are indispensable and keep on challenging the indispensable Nature. Once you start thinking that you can exist without the other… the bond is broken…than you do exist but in what form and for how long...is debatable.
